1. Call Quality Issues that involve Jitter, Latency, and Packet Loss.

6. Echo on Calls
Diagnosis:
- The other person hears his/her voice back.
Reasons & Repairs:
Acoustic Echo: Reduce the speaker volume, or use a headset.
Network Latency: A high delay, probably due to a large number of hops, can generate an echo. Speeds and traffic should be optimized through the network settings.
Impedance Mismatch: Check impedance settings on analog adapters.
7. Fax Over SIP Problems (T.38 Problems)

- Fax transmission fails or only partial pages are sent.
